Nisshinbo Micro Devices has released the NJT8336 series, a new 16W Block Up Converter (BUC) for Ku-band VSAT earth stations.
By incorporating GaN HEMT technology together with a linearizer, the series achieves both high efficiency and low-distortion operation.
Two band variants are available — Standard (NJT8336NMT) and Universal (NJT8336UNMT).
